首相交代で盛り上がる日本。
国の代表は首相だったり大統領だったりいろいろいますが、
お隣の韓国は両方いるんですね！
気になるのはその役割の違いです。
調べると、大統領が国のトップとして権力を持っているのに対し、
首相は行政機関のトップとして、大統領の補佐を行っているサポート役のようです。
大統領が首相を任命すること、首相は国会議員でなくてもよいことなど
日本とはいろいろな点で違いがありますね。
大統領と首相が両方いる国としてはほかに、
ロシア、フランス、ドイツなどがあります。
ただし、国によってその役割はさまざま。
ロシアは韓国同様、大統領が国のトップで首相が補佐役という立ち位置に対し、
フランスでは大統領が外交、首相が内政を行うというように役割を分けている国もあります。
さらに、ドイツのように、首相が国のトップで、大統領は名目上のリーダー、
日本でいえば天皇のような立ち位置の国もあります。
こうやってみると、政治体制も世界で様々なんですね～。
